Step 1
In a saucepan add in palm oil, onion and try for 3 minutes

Next add Latifah spice, cayenne pepper, passata and fry for 7 minutes on medium heat (if using fresh or tomato purée adjust cooking time)
Step 3
Next add corn, crab, prawns, seasoning, salt stir together and cover to cook for 2 minutes then add rice stir and cover for 3 minutes ( that’s infusion)
Step 4
Next pour in hot water stir and allow to simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat
Step 5
Next stir to distribute heat then add spinach and cover with parchment paper and turn the heat to the lowest setting and allow to cook slowly until ready (please don’t touch it)
Step 6
Next add sliced basil and gently stir till well combine.
