This smoky taste dish is from the northern area of Iran, Gilan province. Gilan province, located near the Caspian sea and from the south, sorrownded by the rainforest, is famous for it's fresh and earthy taste food. Amongst the main ingredients, the taste of garlic, fish, eggplant and aromatic herbs stand out. The food from this region is sometime sour, sometimes has a smoky taste and sometimes garlic 🧄 is the main taste.
