1cup brown masoor
Step 2
1/4 cup pink massoor
Step 3
Soak for 1hr
Step 4
In mealthy sautee 1 med onions sliced
Step 5
And 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Step 6
Add 1tsp each chilli powder, haldi, jeera powder, coriander powder
Step 7
Add 1 tsp sambhar powder
Step 8
Add 1/3 carton tomato puree
Step 9
Allow oil to release
Step 10
Add massoor, 3/4 TSP salt,
Step 11
Cover with water just above the masoor
Step 12
Pressure cook for 30 min
Step 13
Remove and empty into the sauce pan
