Step 1
Crush one onion + garlic (or process in a food processor until very fine) and add all the spices. Add cubed chicken, mix well and let sit (for an hour to overnight). Finely dice the second onion, fry in butter, add chicken and fry. Add yoghurt and a bit of water and salt and stew until tender. Finish in a warm oven.
