Instructions

Step 1
Dice onion and fry in butter until brown
Step 2
Add mince, onion, egg, herbs, bread crumbs, cream and mustard, mix together thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper

Roll into balls and put in fridge

On medium high heat, melt butter and Place meatballs in pan.

Fry until brown on all sides. Start boiling potatoes
Step 6
Remove from pan and place in warm oven
Step 7
In same pan, add butter and flour, whisk together then add beef together and mix until a sauce. Add cream and mix, season with salt and pepper.

Assemble
