Spicy Cheesy Potatoes

Instructions

Step 1
In a pan over medium low heat, add your potatoes and water. Add enough water until it comes up to half of the height of the potatoes.
Step 2
Place a lid over the pan and let it cook until all the water has evaporated and the potatoes are fork tender.
Step 3
Add in the butter and garlic. Sauté with the potatoes for ~2-3 mins.
Step 4
Add in the soy sauce, honey, gochujang and sesame oil.
Step 5
Lower the heat to low and allow the sauce to caramelize for ~5-6 mins.
Step 6
Once the sauce has reduced, top the potatoes with mozzarella cheese and allow for it to melt.
Step 7
Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
