Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook shells, then shock them. In a large bowl, combine tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and 4 of the meatballs. Break up the meat with a fork. In a medium bowl, combine ricotta, Parm, provolone, egg, basil and Italian seasoning. Stir. Pour 2 inches of sauce and meatball mixture in 13x9 dish. Add cheese to stuffed shells and then top with more cheese. Slice remaining 4 meatballs and line around the edges of the pan. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
