Instructions

Step 1
Make few portions of coffee and put 1 teaspoon of sugar in each portion while the coffee is still hot.
Step 2
For the cream separate the egg white and the yolk. Mix the yolk with 60g sugar to get a light coloured cream.
Step 3
Add the mascarpone to this cream.
Step 4
In a separate dish beat the egg white to become a mousse but before it gets ready add 60g of sugar, then continue to make it a firm mousse.
Step 5
Add the mousse the the mascarpone cream with slow motions not to break the mousse. Add sugar according to your taste.
Step 6
Spread some cream on the bottom of a dish. Dip a sponge finger in coffee for a bit then lay it on the dish. Once the first layer is done, spread it with cream. Put the next layer of sponge finger diagonally and add cream again. Continue it until the dish is full.
Step 7
Sprinkle the top with cacao powder.
Step 8
Put the tiramisu in the fridge until it’s served. You can eat it for maximum of 2 days.

Kids version

Step 9
Small dish of mascarpone, 2dl cream, 2 spoonful of sugar, cinnamon. Mix together everything, dip the sponge finger in milk. Lay the cream, top it with the sponge fingers, sprinkle with cacao or nutella, then repeat.
