Instructions

Step 1
1. Cook 1 cup Quinoa according to package instructions.
Step 2
2. While Quinoa is cooking cut up vegetables.
Step 3
3. Once Quinoa and vegetables are prepared store in separate containers. Combine with each other in desired amount (I do 3/4 cup Quinoa and 1/2 cup vegetables) and add dressing and feta cheese.
