Garlic and Herb Air Fryer Salmon is one of the easiest and tastiest weeknight dinners you can make. Top your favorite salad with it or pair it with some steamed rice and sautéed veggies. So simple and so good!

Ingredients
3 servings
3 tablespoonsolive oil
3garlic cloves
minced
2 teaspoonsthyme
minced
2 teaspoonschives
thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
1 teaspoondill
minced
1lemon
zest and juice of
3 x 6 ounceboneless salmon fillets
skin on or off depending on preference
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste

Instructions
Step 1
1. In a small bowl whisk together oil, garlic, herbs, lemon zest and juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 2
2. Pat each salmon fillet dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
3. Brush garlic-herb mixture generously over each salmon fillet.
Step 4
4. Spray 6 quart air fryer basket with cooking spray and preheat to 400˚F.
Step 5
5. Place prepared salmon fillets into the coated air fryer basket, about 1/2 inch apart.
Step 6
6. Air fry salmon for 8 to 9 minutes, until tender and flaky.
Step 7
7. Remove fillets from air fryer basket.
Step 8
8. Sprinkle with fresh chives and pepper flakes (if using) and serve.
