Instructions
Step 1
Boil the potatoes then remove skins. Mash together potatoes, oil and seasoning.
Step 2
Add parmesan cheese and flour. Kneed until a soft dough forms.
Step 3
Roll out on floured surface then cut into 4" circles.
Step 4
On half of the dough circles add ham & cheese; then top with the other dough. Seal edges & round out.
Step 5
Fry in a small amount of olive oil till browned on both sides. About 5 minutes each side.
