1 cupgrated coconut
2 clovesGarlic
2Green chillies
½ tspCumin seeds
1 stringCurry leaves
1 tspturmeric powder
½ cupWater
to grind

Instructions
Step 1
Make a coconut paste with the ingredients mentioned for making coconut paste
Step 2
In a pan add the grinded coconut paste add one cup water and boil it for 5min. To this add the beaten curd and salt to taste and dont let it boil… Just mix and stir and then off the flame before it start’s boiling
Step 3
Once its boiled, add the tempering to it and mix it well. Now the coconut yoghurt curry is ready to serve
