Ingredients

1onion

3cloves garlic

0.5 inchginger

4skinless chicken breast

4 Tbsp0% Fat Natural Yoghurt

1 TSPground cumin

1 TbspGaram Massala

1 tspground corriander

1 tsptumeric

1 tsppaprika
1 tspchillipowder

1 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbsptomato puree

1chicken stock cube

400gchopped tomatoes

100mllight coconut milk

1 Tbspbalsamic vinegar

1 Tbspsweetener

salt
to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop garlic and ginger
Step 2
Slice onions (can be in chunks or slices)
Step 3
Cut chicken into desired size
Step 4
In a separate bow, mix the yoghurt with the dried spices
Step 5
Mix the chicken into yoghurt mix and leave to marinade
Step 6
Heat oil in a pan
Step 7
Add onions and fry gently till soft
Step 8
Add ginger and garlic
Step 9
Add chicken to pan and brown
Step 10
Once browned, add tomato puree and cook for 1-2 minutes
Step 11
Add tinned tomatoes and sprinkle a chicken stock cube into pan
Step 12
Leave to simmer for 15 minutes
Step 13
Add coconut milk, balsamic vinegar and sweetener
Step 14
Taste! You may need to add some of the spices from the marinade, or more vinegar/sweetener
