Instructions
Step 1
Prepare miracle noodles per package instructions.
Step 2
In a large wok over medium-high heat, add the oil and bacon. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the chopped cooked chicken and garalic. Cook for 2-3 more minutes.
Step 4
Add celery, onion and curry powder and cook 3 more minutes.
Step 5
Drain the noodles and add those to the wok.
Step 6
Add the bok choy and soy sauce and cook until bok choy has softened.
