Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients up to 4 tbs peanut butter and press into pan
Step 2
Mix 1/2 c peanut butter and powdered sugar and vanilla into filling/paste.
Step 3
Bake first layer at 350 for 25 minutes
Step 4
Cool half hr, press filling into pan, press on toppings and sprinkle on remaining oat mixture
Step 5
Bake at 350 another 5-10 minutes, cool 1 hr.
