Instructions

Step 1
Place the chicken thighs/Quorn in the slow cooker along with the time saver garlic base (or onions and garlic) and chilli flakes. Pour in 100ml of stock, fish sauce, chilli sauce and stir well. Pop lid on and cook on lowest setting for 6 hours.
Step 2
Remove the chicken thighs from the slow cooker and allow to cool slightly, then remove bones. Use 2 forks to shred the chicken, then squeeze in the lime juice to taste.
