Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine tortellini, alfredo sauce, garlic, pesto and mozzarella cheese.
Step 3
Pour into a greased 13X9-inch casserole dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil.
Step 4
Bake 20 minutes.
Step 5
Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until browned and bubbly.
Prepping for Freezer
Step 6
Complete step 2 above.
Step 7
Pour into a greased 13X9-inch disposable foil pan. Top with Parmesan cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Label and freeze.
