Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in frying pan, add onion, garlic and pep per, cook until onion is soft (or microwave on HIGH for about 3 minutes).
Step 2
Stir in flour combined with cup of the milk, bring to the boil, reduce heat, sim mer, stirring until mixture boils and thickens (or microwave on HIGH for about 3 minutes).
Step 3
Gradual stir in remaining milk, mustard, stock cube, corn, tuna and sour cream, cook until heated through (or microwave on HIGH for about 5 minutes).
Step 4
Add fettuccine to large saucepan of boiling water, boil rap idly, uncovered, 12 minutes or until tender; drain.
Step 5
Spoon tuna mixture over fettuccine. Sprinkle with cheese and chives.
