Instructions
Step 1
Marinate salmon with salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
Step 2
Put 2 tablespoon olive oil in pan and fry the salmon.
Step 3
Add unsalted butter(to the remaining oil from frying salmon), garlic, onion and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Step 4
Add salt, black pepper, Parmesan cheese, lemon slices and pan fried salmon. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle chopped parsley.
Step 6
Serve with rice or pasta.
