Begin by adding the finely chopped green garlic into it, gently stirring it to ensure even distribution. Subsequently, introduce the garlic paste, ginger paste, and chilli paste into the pan, continuing to stir the amalgamation for a few seconds.

Reduce the gas flame to a low setting and add the dry spices—turmeric powder, coriander cumin powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, and salt—into the pan. Additionally, add 3/4 of the chopped coriander. Adjust the flame to a medium level and stir the mixture thoroughly, ensuring that the spices do not adhere to the bottom of the pan. Continue stirring until the rawness of the spices dissipates.
