Garlic Chili Oil

This is your new favorite condiment. I am lazy when it comes to infusing oil. However, this recipe is worth the minimal effort. The earthy pungent flavor of the garlic is infused with spicy gochujang and crispy chilis. I originally made this oil to go on focaccia bread but I put it on EVERYTHING! If you like a little heat in your condiments I highly recommend this recipe.

Step 1
Heat a sauce pan over medium-low heat and add both oils
Step 2
Once oil is hot add in the garlic slices and stir in oil for about a minute
Step 3
Remove pan from heat and stir in the gojugang and crispy chilis; allow to sit until cooled
