Instructions
Step 1
1. Dissolve jelly in boiling water. Make up to 300ml (½pint) with cold water.
Step 2
To microwave: Place jelly cubes in a bowl with 150ml (¼pint) cold water. Cook for 2 minutes, stir until completely dissolved. Make up to 300ml (½/pint) with cold water.
Step 3
2. Chill until almost set (about 1 hour).
Step 4
3. Whisk yogurt into setting jelly and continue whisking until light and fluffy.
Step 5
4. Reserve 4 slices of strawberry and divide remainder between 4 glasses.
Step 6
5. Pour jelly over strawberries and chill.
Step 7
6. Decorate with reserved strawberries.
