Instructions
Step 1
1. Sprinkle gelatine over orange juice in a small bowl. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.
Step 2
2. Dissolve gelatine over a pan of hot water. Leave to cool.
Step 3
To microwave: Cook for 20-30 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds, until dissolved. Leave to cool.
Step 4
3. Blend together honey and yogurt.
Step 5
4. Reserve some fruit to decorate, stir remainder into yogurt with gelatine.
Step 6
5. Divide between 4 individual dishes and decorate with reserved fruit.
Step 7
6. Chill until set.
