Step 1
1. Toast your bread. While the bread toasts, cut open your avocado and remove the flesh and pit. Season the avocado with salt, pepper and lime juice then Mash.
Step 2
2. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and whisk. Place 2 tablespoons butter in a nonstick skillet, add in the whisked eggs and cook to desired likeness.
Step 3
3. Spread the avocado mash on your toast and top with the eggs then with the chili crunch and enjoy.
