0.25green bell pepper
diced
2garlic cloves

12 ouncesground beef
1can tomato sauce
1 tablespooncoconut aminos
2 cupsbeef broth
½ teaspooncumin
½ teaspoongarlic powder
¼ teaspoonchili powder
¼ teaspoonpaprika
¼ teaspoondried oregano
¼ teaspooncayenne pepper
¼ teaspoonblack pepper
¼ teaspoonhimalayan salt
Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat
Step 2
Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and saute for 5 to 7 minutes until soft
Step 3
Add the ground beef and cook until its browned and no longer pink
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker
Step 5
Add the tomato sauce, coconut aminos, broth, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, oregano, cayenne, black pepper, and salt
Step 6
Stir to combine everything
Step 7
Cook on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally
