Mungbean Stirfry with Bacon

Instructions

Step 1
Wash and drain the mungbean sprouts.
Step 2
Cut the bacon into small strips and cut the spring onion into rings. Cut the bok choy into big, bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
Heat garlic oil in a pan over high heat.
Step 4
Once the oil is hot, place in the bacon and stir until it gets some browning on the sides.
Step 5
Add in the mungbean sprouts and bok choy.
Step 6
Put in the oyster sauce, sesame oil and black black. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
Step 7
Plate and garnish with spring onions.
