Instructions

Step 1
Combine spices, veggies, water and rice (according to box instructions) in a pot and follow the box instructions to cook.
Step 2
Halfway through boiling the rice, add lime juice and stir.
Step 3
While the rice is cooking, make your beans according to can instructions. (If using unseasoned beans, season with the same spices or add to your rice mixture to cook.)
Step 4
Combine rice and beans (if not already), then add chopped tomatoes and sour cream on top. You can also add red pepper flakes and/or chili powder if you want a bit of spice. Enjoy!
