Instructions
Step 1
Put the pasta into a wide shallow pan.
Step 2
Add tomatoes, most of the basil, chili, salami, and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add water and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook for 18-20 minutes, until pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is gone.
Step 5
Add tomato purée and nduja to the pasta and mix well.
Step 6
Add remaining basil and plenty of Parmesan. Serve immediately.
