Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta according to box instructions. While it's cooking, prepare the sauce.
Step 2
Melt 3 tbsp butter in a large saucepan. Add heavy cream and mix together.
Step 3
Add pasta water and all spices, mix well.
Step 4
Add parmesan cheese, mix, then add the Italian cheese blend and mix into the sauce.
Step 5
Drain the cooked pasta and add it directly into the saucepan and mix it well with the sauce.
Step 6
Garnish with parmesan cheese as needed and enjoy!
