Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse chopped apples in lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
Step 2
In medium bowl, mix apples, celery, green onions, parsley, pecan pieces, olive oil, black pepper, cayenne pepper and salt.
Step 3
Add chicken pieces and spiced mayonnaise.
Step 4
Mix completely, adding more spiced mayonnaise if necessary.
Step 5
Adjust seasonings to taste.
