100gdairy-free yoghurt
60gnut butter
50gcoconut sugar
60gvegan protein powder
120gself raising flour

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 170°C and line a loaf tin.
Step 2
Add the mashed banana, yoghurt, peanut butter, and sugar to a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Add the protein, flour, baking powder and bicarb soda and fold until combined.
Step 3
Pour the batter into the loaf pan, cover lightly with tin foil (stops the top from going too brown) and bake for 40mins or until golden. Set aside to cool.
Step 4
To make the toffee, whisk together the ingredients.
Step 5
To make the frosting, whisk together the ingredients.
Step 6
Once the cake has cooled cover with toffee, then the frosting, and sprinkle with chocolate.
