Marinade:
100gfat-free yogurt
1 Tbsplemon juice
½ tsppowdered vegetable stock
½ tsppaprika
½ tspall purpose seasoning
½ tspgarlic granules

Step 1
1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C (392°F).

2. Cut 150g of chicken breast into 4 strips. Set aside.
Step 3
3. Make the marinade by mixing together the yogurt, lemon juice and seasonings until smooth.
Step 4
4. Crush the cornflakes in a small bowl. Set aside.
Step 5
5. Dip the chicken strip into the marinade, coating completely before dipping into the crushed cornflakes. Set aside onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

6. Repeat this until all of the strips are coated in the marinade and the crushed cornflakes.
Step 7
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until an instant read thermometer inserted into the centre registers at 74°C (165°F).
Step 8
8. Make the glaze by mixing together the sriracha and honey until well combined. Brush this over all the chicken strips and enjoy!
