Instructions

Step 1
Shred the zucchini into noodles and mince the garlic.
Step 2
In a larger frying pan add oil and set to medium high heat.
Step 3
Add shrimp, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, and cook until shrimp begin tubing orange.
Step 4
Then add chicken broth and lemon and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add zucchini noodles, mix well and let them cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
