1 packetfajita seasoning mix

Instructions
Step 1
Set Chicken in the pressure cooker and top with fajita seasoning. Pour chicken stock until just the top of the chicken is visible.
Step 2
Pressure cook chicken in Instant Pot for 15 minutes on High
Step 3
While the chicken is cooking, dice onion and set into pot with the butter and garlic. Sauté until the onions are transparent.
Step 4
Pour in half and half and the remaining chicken broth. Let sit on heat until thickens (around 5 minutes)
Step 5
Pour in Salsa, drained corn, drained black beans, and cream of chicken and remaining seasoning
Step 6
Release pressure on Instant pot and shred chicken in broth. Once chicken is shredded, pour all of it into the pot
Step 7
Let simmer for around 10 minutes, stirring often
