Instructions
Step 1
Combine the flour and salt in a bowl
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine water, sugar and yeast and whisk till bubbles form
Step 3
Add in the flour and salt mix once bubbles are appearing in the water mixture
Step 4
Mix together, then drizzle oil over the dough, cover and refrigerate for 10-12 hours (overnight)
Step 5
Oil a 25x35cm dish or line with grease proof paper, then oil your hands and spread the dough to fill the dish, cover and leave for another 2 hours
Step 6
Heat the oven to 200 degrees fan, drizzle over more olive oil, oil your hands and press your fingers in the dough to make dimples
Step 7
Season with a little salt and rosemary
Step 8
Cook for 20 minutes until golden brown
Step 9
Whilst warm, drizzle more oil, then remove from the dish immediately and leave to cool for 10 minutes before cutting
