Instructions

Step 1
Peek and chop onion and garlic
Step 2
Cook gnocchi according to packet instructions
Step 3
Drain gnocchi
Step 4
Using pan from previously boiled gnocchi, add oil
Step 5
Add onions to pan and cook until translucent
Step 6
Add garlic for a minute or two ensuring not to burn
Step 7
Chop 5g of sundried tomatoes and add to pan
Step 8
Chop 5g of Nduja and add to pan along with the basil
Step 9
Cook until Nduja has melted in to the onion base
Step 10
Add gnocchi back to pan and stir until coated in the mixture
Step 11
Serve with a sprinkling of low cal cheese of choice
