Instructions
Step 1
Remove the skin from the filet and cut it roughly.



Step 2
In a food processor put the salmon, ginger powder, dill, salt, white pepper and lemon juice. Work the ingredients in the food processor for a minute.








Step 3
Put the salmon in an bowl, add some breadcrumbs and mix all together with a spatula until you have a solid texture. The mixture needs to be soft and not too much wet. Add some more breadcrumbs if is necessary.



Step 4
Melt some butter in a pan and when is warm ease down the salmon burger. Cook for five minutes each side.



Step 5
When the burger are ready, cut your burger bun in a half and spread some mayo on them. Place some salad and tomatoes, your salmon burger and on top of it the guacamole sauce.
