Instructions

The Bang Bang Style Sauce

Step 1
Measure with your heart the Kewpie Mayo, Sambal Oelek, Sriracha and Thai Sweet Chili sauce and mix it all together and DONE! That easy.

The Slaw

Step 2
Thinly slice your cabbage
Step 3
Dice your green onions
Step 4
Thinly dice your serranos, you can add as many or as little of the serranos as you like for the heat factor.
Step 5
Rinse everything well
Step 6
Drain the excess water
Step 7
Mix everything together and squeeze in the juice of 1-2 limes and mix it all up
Step 8
Set aside

The Shrimp

Step 9
Take your deshelled and deveined shrimp and pat them dry.
Step 10
Mix together your cornstarch, breadcrumbs and seasonings into a bowl.
Step 11
Throw them into your cornstarch seasoning mix and get them all coated.
Step 12
Set them aside and get your frying pan, I love using my cast iron for this.
Step 13
Throw in Safflower oil and heat it up to 400-500 degrees
Step 14
Once your oil is ready throw in two toothpicks (keeps your oil from burning).
Step 15
Next drop in your shrimp and fry them for about 2-4 minutes or until they’re as golden and crispy as you like them
Step 16
Once they’re golden fried drain the excess oil and throw them directly into your Bang Bang Sauce and get them coated with that yummy sauce.

Build your Taco

Step 17
Microwave your corn tortillas in a damp kitchen towel so they get nice and warm and soft
Step 18
Throw your shrimp on to the tortilla first
Step 19
Add on as much slaw as you want
Step 20
Top with tomatoes
Step 21
Finish off with more Sriracha and lime if you want and ENJOY!
