Instructions

Step 1
Wash the rice in several changes of water until it runs clear. Drain with a different to make sure all the water is drained off.
Step 2
Pour 480ml boiled water into a pan, add the salt and bring to the boil. Add the rice.
Step 3
Return to the boil and lower heat to a gentle simmer. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Turn off the heat and do not open the lid yet. Wait 10 minutes.
Step 5
Then fluff with fork and serve.
