The Pineapple Jalapeño Salsa
Instructions
Step 1
Seasoned the chicken thighs with taco seasoning, and cook it in a little avocado oil on medium high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Step 2
To make salsa mix sliced pineapples, chopped onion, chopped jalapeno, cilantro. Season with salt and to finish it squeeze fresh lemon juice.
Step 3
Wrap sliced chicken and salsa in jicama wraps. I like to use 2 wraps at a time.
