⅓ cupbrown sugar

⅓ cupwhite sugar

3 Tablespooncorn starch

1 teaspoonvanilla

1 pinchsalt

1 Tablespoonlemon juice

Instructions
Step 1
Combine crust ingredients in a large bowl and mold into pie pan. Refrigerate.
Step 2
Combine filling ingredients in a large bowl and scoop into pie crust with slotted spoon. Do not scoop juices.
Step 3
Combine topping ingredients in a bowl and scoop over top of pie filling. Should be crumbly.
Step 4
Bake at 400⁰ for 20 minutes then cover edges with pie shield & turn down to 375⁰ for 25-35 minutes.
