Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the chicken for 30 mins
Step 2
To the pan, add butter, marinated chicken and saute well in low for 15 to 20 mins until it is golden and crisp.
Step 3
In another pan, add butter, onions, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, Chilli powder, coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Cashew, salt, water and saute well.
Step 4
Cook this for 10 mins and grind into a fine paste
Step 5
Add the ground paste to a pan and add chicken and Garam masala
Step 6
Add fresh cream, sugar and kasturi methi and cook in low for 5 mins
