Instructions
Step 1
Roast cherry tomatoes and whole garlic cloves with olive oil, salt, and pepper at 375 till tomatoes burst and garlic caramelize.
Step 2
Cook orzo, drain well, toss in olive oil salt and pepper. Cool orzo. Stir in grated Parmesan and lemon juice to orzo.
Step 3
Gently stir in tomatoes, garlic, mozzarella, basil and parsley.
