Step 1
Fry bacon, cut in half and set aside

Preheat grill to medium
Step 3
Mix together Turkey, oats, dry mustard, cumin, salt, pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire, syrup, vinegar and scallion.

Form 4 patties from the mixture and indent the centers for more even cooking
Step 5
Grill 4-6 min on each side
Step 6
Toast the sandwich thins for the last 30 seconds of cooking
Step 7
Slice tomato and avocado to desired thickness.
Step 8
Serve each burger stacked with 2 bacon strip halves, 1 lettuce leaf, 2 slices of avocado, and one slice of tomato
