Easy lasagna recipe. Use your favorite spaghetti sauce. I recommend Arrabbiata sauce for extra flavor.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 2
Brown Italian sausage. Stir in spaghetti sauce.
Step 3
Mix cottage cheese, egg, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
Step 4
In 13x9 pan, spoon a little of the sauce mixture and place 3 noodles on top.
Step 5
Spread over noodles: 1/3 of egg & cheese mixture; 1/3 sauce mixture; 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Step 6
Now, add 3 more noodles, and repeat step 5.
Step 7
Repeat step 6.
Step 8
Bake in 350°F oven for about 1 hour.
