Instructions

Step 1
Sauté bacon in a nonstick pan until crispy, remove from pan.
Step 2
Add tomatoes and bell pepper, cook for 2-3 minutes then add eggs and scramble.
Step 3
Add bacon back into scrambled eggs, top with cheese.
Step 4
Add egg mixture into each tortilla, then roll each tortilla until the egg mixture is fully enveloped.
