Chopped, split between chicken filling and rice

2 clovesGarlic
minced, split between chicken filling and rice

4 tablespoonVeggie Oil
split between chicken filling and rice

½ cupLong Grain Rice
uncooked

0.5Canned chopped tomato

Instructions
Chicken Filling
Step 1

Heat pan to medium heat, after 1 min, add oil

Step 2

Add onions and garlic. Cook until soften


Step 3

Toss in ground chicken, stir around

Step 4
When its about halfway cooked, put half of the seasoning. If it needs more seasoning, add the remaining and adjust to taste

Rice
Step 5

Use the same pan that you cooked the chicken in without washing it. We want to save the juices to add flavor to the rice. Add oil and wait until its heated

Step 6

Add oil and wait until its heated


Step 7

Throw in your rice and stir it to toast it without burning for about 2-3 minutes

Step 8

Add canned tomatoes and keep stirring until juices evaporate for about 3 minutes


Step 9

Add about 3/4 cup of water. Stir occasionally and add more water if needed
