Step 1
Mix the mince in a large pot with a little water until well combined. Brown with low calorie cooking spray.
Step 2
Add the veg, tins and spices and mix well. Bring to the boil. Turn the heat down and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Serve with rice or cauliflower rice.
