Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roast garlic with olive oil (optional: add herds like rosemary and thyme) in oven for about 15 min or until garlic is soft. Rinse and boil potatos until fork tender.

Drain potatos and add them to a large bowl. Add roasted ,peeled garlic, melted butter, milk, salt, pepper and paprika and mix until you have a chunky mash.

Using a heated waffle iron drop tablespoons of potato mix, close and let cook about 6-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from waffle iron and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce!
