Ingredients

1 Tbspadobo seasoning

4 pdsbeef stew meat

olive oil

0.5yellow onion
chopped

1green pepper

2 tspminced garlic

1 ½ cupcooking wine

½ tspbijol
2 packetsazafran

2 tsppaprika

½ tspbasil

½ tspitalian seasoning

½ tsporegano

14.5 ozdiced tomatoes

24 oztomato sauce

3potatoes
lrg, small diced

1 bagfrozen vegetables

¼ tspsalt

¼ tsppepper

2bay leaves
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and dice beef stew meat into half or small pieces.
Step 2
Cover pieces with adobe seasoning and set aside.
Step 3
Pour olive oil into skillet. Saute onion, garlic, green pepper. Brown the meat with the sofrito. Pour sofrito and meat into crock pot.
Step 4
Add paprika, salt, pepper, bijol, azafran, bay leaves, basil, oregano, and italian seasoning. Mix all.
Step 5
Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes (discard juice)
Step 6
Mix the meat with the seasoning ingredients.
Step 7
Add 1 1/2 cup of cooking wine.
Step 8
Add cubed potatoes. Make sure potatoes are covered with liquid.
Step 9
Cook on low for 10 hours. Check to see if potatoes are cooked and they mash easily. If they are not, let cook a little longer.
Step 10
Add frozen vegetables after 6 hours. Mix everything and continue to cook for the rest of the 4 hours.
